Mascaro is currently bidding the Esplanade Project. This project is a mixed-use project consisting of seven new buildings on 15-acres of post-industrial sites in Pittsburgh’s North Side. The seven buildings, with a variety of residential-to-entertainment use, will be built in two phases. The Esplanade will be an inclusive riverfront community to live, work, and play.
